Our goal is to help others discover their full potentials and capabilities. We train with like-minded and committed individuals. We train in a competitive environment with a controlled approach, which in turn builds and encourages honesty, integrity, reliability, respect, and fun.
Our training methods are both conventional and unconventional, based on traditional and new methods, the latest research, ingenuity and most importantly, creativity. Our training philosophy is derived from Gym Jones as well as the experiences and collections from many different individuals and sources. We focus on the functionality of fitness and strongly advocate movement and performance over appearance. We take the masks off and leave our egos at the door. We believe training hard, with dedication, discipline, and emotion will result in successful objectives and goals. To us, training isn't a quick fix. It's not a pill in a medicine cabinet. We learn the objective. Assess the athlete. Design the Program. Conduct the Training. Modify it along the way. Reassess & Change what needs Changing. Repeat.
Every individual is unique, with different goals and objectives so training methods, volume, intensity and frequency must be different. The work is hard, conducted over a lengthy time-line and will require consistent dedication and discipline, awareness and attention to be maintained consistently over months and even years to produce results.
When acheieving goals, there are no short cuts, only tools, self-control,education, desire and discipline. We train those with the Be, Do, Have attitude, "BE committed, to DO what it takes to HAVE what you want" which enables us to provide an atmosphere that promotes learning, growth, camaraderie, trust and commitment.
Training for a particular outcome and testing against the demands of that objective proves whether the training is effective or not. If there is no test, no purpose, then it's not training or preparation, it's called exercise.
We train the body as one-piece to integrate it, and to tie the body, soul and spirit together. Practice makes habit: when we overcome different physical and psychological challenges, we develop the habit of overcoming whatever challenges we may face in sport and life.
From the Gym Jones perspective, the gym is not sport. Practice is practice and competition is competition. We use artificial training to improve performance when it comes time to compete.
Our training philosophy is more than just coming to the gym, it's about a lifestyle balanced with energy, strength, endurance, nutrition, recovery, family and happiness.
We are all "busy" and have "stress" and it's easy to rationalize our actions with this or that, but integrity is where you act like a man or woman and take responsibility for your actions. There is no better time than the present to get up, get out and get active. What is stopping you from the body you want and deserve? What is stopping you from living the healthiest and happiest life possible? There is no better time than NOW to get moving, and finally do what it takes to have what you want... all it takes is a little bit of inspiration, dedication and the willingness to want to make change, so let's get it started... Today.
If you're motivated to get healthier and stronger, you've come to the right place.
It is attitude, work ethic and the hunger for constant growth that brings us together. The culture of an environment is directly correlated to the individuals who occupy it - Thank-You for being someone who seeks to raise the bar and set their standards higher.
As a Gym Jones Level 3 and an ISSA-Certified Fitness Professional, I can help you set realistic goals and transform your mind and body. We can help you look and feel your best. And we can help you enjoy yourself along the way.
Trigger It Personal Training Inc. is personal and small group, goal-focused training to help you be the best you can be. Are you willing to accept and enjoy suffering so the work in the gym is not hard? A positive relationship to physical and psychological pain may prevent the most common training mistakes...working on strengths, rather than addressing weakness and imbalances. In order to get better, stronger and faster, we must be honest and work on what's holding us back.
The muscle we are most interested in training is inside your head. If the mind doesnt enjoy hard work, or relish suffering and confronting the unknown, then no program, or no amount of training can be effective. It's way more than just picking something up and putting it down. It's about the psychological changes that transfer to every aspect of one's life.
It's our passion to help people uncover potential obstacles before they deter one from getting to where they desire to be. We can help give you that needed push and the motivation to help you achieve your best. If you are looking for an honest and open trainer to give you that kick start if one is needed, as well as that personal pat on the back when you are doing well, that is what we can do for you.
Let me help you make your body your machine, transform your mind and help you do what you thought you couldn't.
Thanks for visiting, and have the happiest and healthiest day possible.
